Bernard Kwabena Ayeh is a General Electric Engineer, a Project Developer, a Research and Development Specialist with over fifteen (14) years of experience in a managerial position. He’s presently the CEO of a number of companies in Canada and Ghana. Bernard at a tender age developed an early interest in personal development and international relations as he grew up in two different countries (Ghana and Canada), and having a rich background in both cultures, he developed a curious mind and due to this, he got involve in many organizations to develop his ability to relate in every culture and level of the human life. Bernard is a very hardworking individual who always strives to achieve excellence in everything he sets his mind to, he possesses excellent communication skills, the ability and the experience to tolerate and relate to people and enjoy the challenges of learning new things whilst focusing on the goals set. He is a good motivator, resourceful and possesses a great problem solving skills with a niche for excellent ensuring an excellent working environment for all to perform at their very best After acquiring a profession as a General electric engineer in 2002 at 23yrs of age, against all odds, Bernard established his first real company (Abtek Technical Installations Inc.) in Toronto Canada as a general electric engineering and installation contractor and with perseverance he has been very successful over the years. With his team of engineers and technicians, he sub-contract for major telecom companies in Canada, taking on contracts from the major real estate developers in Canada, sub-contract through FCI Technical Installations Inc. to build the first Digital Mobile TV Production Truck in the world engineered by Applied Electronics, and several TV stations including broadcast systems for the Olympics, in and abroad. He also took on several contracts to build post production studios, engineering and installation of electrical systems for businesses and condominium apartment buildings, engineering and installations of data processing centers to name a few. Bernard has since established other companies as well as partnered in a couple and he is currently pursuing a grand project in Ghana. In high school, Bernard K. Ayeh’s activities was many, he was a member of the communication technology (“ComTech”) group and was instrumental in spearheading the establishment of the first Live TV Broadcasting Studio in high school fully operated by high school students, the first of its kind in the whole Canada as well as the leading photographer and one of the leading designers in the school publishing such as the yearbook and other booklets. Among other things, he was in the football team, the reading club, the peer tutoring club and was involve in the planning of the Black History Months, to name a few. Bernard K. Ayeh was a constant name in the honor roll and the awards night. Bernard was given the opportunity to service the “ComTech” equipment’s the students use as a fully paid technician for the school because of his love and knowledge for electronics proven many times over. This shows Bernard has been and still is a multi-talented young man from a very tender age. When Bernard is not in school upgrading and learning new things, research and developing, working or preoccupied with community work, he will be found reading and writing as he wishes to publish some of his write-ups. Bernard wishes to impact through this foundation, his vast experience and knowledge of human relation to develop the lives of Ghanaians and anyone we come across in Africa and hopefully the world.
